ACRYRED Student Contest

We are pleased to announce a student competition in ACRYRED (CA21149)!

The task is to create a (up-to) 3-minute video on the topic of acrylamide in food.

The competition is dedicated to students affiliated with universities/research institutes (with an undergraduate or graduate degree). The video production can be mentored by a senior researcher (e.g., a university teacher, or industry collaborator) but this is not compulsory.

Please, send your video to Claudia Passos by the 7th of June 2024!

The winner will be invited to the conference “Acrylamide and process formed contaminants: A supply chain approach” organised by ACRYRED in Brussels, on 4-5th September 2024.  https://web.cvent.com/event/6d3f30aa-f05f-4f44-921b-23f1beee2334/summary
