We invite you to participate in an international survey conducted as part of a Virtual Mobility Grant within the ACRYRED (CA21149) COST Action (CA21149).
The aim of this study is to assess consumers’ awareness, knowledge, and practices regarding acrylamide in food, including the factors that influence its formation during food preparation. The information collected will support the development of effective strategies to reduce acrylamide formation in cereal-based products in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/2158.
Your participation will contribute to research aimed at improving food safety and promoting healthier food preparation practices.
The survey is anonymous and partication is, of course, voluntary. It takes approximately 3-4 minutes.
Please also share the survey with colleagues, friends and other interested parties outside the acrylamide research community, so that we can reach as many consumers as possible.
